It has been a busy few weeks for OpenAI.
OpenAI has announced a delay in the launch of its GPT store until early 2024. The store, which was initially planned to be released in December, has been postponed due to unexpected circumstances, including the recent leadership changes at the company. The GPT store is intended to be a marketplace for users of OpenAI’s GPT builders to sell and share the GPTs they’ve built.

I've developed several GPTs, including the"Real Estate Data Analyst GPT," the "Metaverse Real Estate Companion GPT," and the "Cheatmaster GPT" for video game cheats and tips, among others. If you haven't tried building one, I highly recommend it. The process is quite straightforward. You can leverage ChatGPT for ideas on its capabilities, functions, and ideal tone. There's a strong incentive to explore this: Sam Altman mentioned that selected models might feature in his GPTstore, with OpenAI offering profit-sharing to the developers of these chosen models. It's definitely worth creating at least one.
