Isaac Hayes III’s Fanbase Announces $4.5M In An Equity Crowdfunding Raise (Vol 1127)

*Isaac Hayes III's Fanbase app has raised $4.5 million in equity crowdfunding - bringing its total to $10 million in funding, according to a press release.
As previously reported by AFROTECH, in 2020 Hayes became the second Black man to raise $1 million on StartEngine. The outpouring of support continues to reinforce why Fanbase was created in the first place. It was launched with a mission to help creators, especially Black creators, fully monetize all of their content, which is everything from long-form content to photos. This is Fanbase’s third seed round, allowing the public to invest. Watch his interview below:

Next for YouTube's new AI is a feature to categorize video comments by topics. It essentially groups comments into topics using AI, helping creators better understand discussions on their content. It's currently limited to English, Android, US, and Premium subscribers only.
